Leaked HIV patients’ identities
In the news this morning, we have been commenting in the Daily Mail after a major leak yesterday of HIV patients’ identities, which now sparks fears about plans to put NHS records online.
In today’s Times, Chaand Nagpaul has been commenting after Simon Stevens said patients face a confusing “alphabet soup” of options when trying to find a doctor at evenings and weekends.
Also in the news, the health secretary has pledged that patients will be able to access their full GP records on smartphones within a year. We have been responding to this in The Times, Guardian, Daily Mirror, Daily Telegraph and the Sun.
