William joined the LMC in November 2014 in a part time role as CEO and Company Director. William is a former NHS CEO and Executive Director with previous roles at local and regional levels. He has operational management experience in GP, pharmacy, dental and ophthalmic contracts alongside work in an acute hospital, GP Out of Hours development and finance.

He has further business experience as a company director in the private sector and as a lead governor of a FT hospital. William lives in mid Wales with his wife, Carol.

Julie joined the LMC in April 2015 in a part time role as Business Operations Manager. Julie has operational management experience with previous roles in the private sector managing contracts, overseeing the operational activities of a business, working across departments to align teams, set goals, execute initiatives and improve processes working with other senior staff on strategic planning. Julie’s interests outside of work are Pilates classes, walking, cooking and spending time with her two grandchildren. Julie lives with her husband, Paul.
